I first retained Jay as my attorney in June of 2005 for a PFA hearing. Since then, Jay has been my representation for my divorce and custody proceedings and I firmly believe that both would been catastrophic had he not been by my side. During both my divorce and custody proceedings Jay’s knowledge of Pennsylvania law and his in depth understanding of the Buck’s County Court system’s procedures, personnel and temperament made the proceedings tolerable, which speaks volumes about him.
I retained Mr. Lieberson to handle my divorce proceeding, along with the attendant property settlement and child support issues. He has a no nonsense approach and does not waste time (or money) pursuing frivolous or punitive motions. Jay was always courteous, responsive and professional during what was a difficult time for. I would recommend his practice to anyone who find themselves in a situation such as was mine.
I've been very pleased with the quality of services provided by this very capable and professional lawyer. I've been impressed on numerous instances with the thorough and accurate council afforded by Mr. Lieberson. He has shown genuine concern with my case and I felt he truly did the best efforts to see to my interests. He has exercised great skill and I was made to feel a part of each process and decision executed. I was also treated with respect at all times. He's a credit to his field.
