It has been nearly 35 years and the estate of our parent (August 1991)still has no resolution or closure. Three of the beneficiaries of 11 have deceased and not fully benefitted if NONE from the clients wishes for his children. He does not return phone calls or answer letter to explain the estate will process. His staff secretary says "he is out of town on vacation or not available"! He never returns any phone calls or requests from family who inquire for closure of the estate. He has no estate transparency of property assets, sales or deposits into estate bank accounts in a fiduciary manner. This is not what the deceased parent wanted for his family and beneficiaries. This is the most horrific estate execution ever in the state of Washington. Lack of communication, delay, and fiduciary transparency of sales or bank accounting are serious matters. Several beneficiaries have deceased without receiving any benefits and endured handicap disability suffering.
