Hired Attorney Mr. Christopher Childers

Friendly,caring man- but failed miserably in investigating/researching facts related to case. Afterward, simply sent us packing with a fond farewell. Although unsatisfied, I was unable to reiterate why...later after some of my own research- I am just sick inside knowing what did not get changed, simply because WE DID NOT CHANGE IT. I am sure another tragedy is yet to come at this same business. But I am not a lawyer, only a Mother who still sits at my little boys grave daily, wondering why?

Hired Law Firm

Looking back, we should have been advised as to the available suits we could have filed in the accidental drowning of my 3 yr old Son at a local motel. We were grieving and not aware of all the wrongful death issues that we should have pursued. To have at least had them pointed out would have made me feel as if we at least brought some justice to our loss. As it is, I am without him and they are still maintaining a pool that should never have been filled in the first place- let alone AGAIN.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
