I hired this lawyer after interviewing a number of different attorneys. He was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, communicative and very effective in his representation.

Hired Attorney Russell H Gilbert

Poor response. He was in transparent about the entire process of representing my grandmother's estate. He also never let me see the entire funds and how much he was paid, he overpaid himself thousands of dollars and added unknown fees I was underpaid and did not honor my grandmother's will when I was a successor of the ten acre estate. I would not recommend this person. He still has not responded to me.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
