Hired Attorney

I was deployed overseas for the last year of my marriage while my wife slept with every man in the state. I was accused of abandoning my family, as a Marine deployed overseas, with no say in the matter and this guy agreed. Upon my return I initiated a divorce. This lawyer ensured I paid back support to my wife, even though she had my debit card and full access to my bank account, spending all my money at the bars. Because of this guy, I ended up a full year behind in child support, though I had been supporting them, one of the children not even mine, and then support was set above my earnings because they claimed I was under employeed, as if I control the military pay schedule. This guy is a worthless piece of garbage and is beloved by this worthless garbage system that only serves to destroy. You hire this guy, he will drive you into the dirt with glee and make sure you pay him for his efforts.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
