Hired Attorney

After lots of research and switching lawyers i met Rick. My prior attorney was on my case for 8 months and literally didnt even try. Rick became my lawyer and immedietly came to me real and honest. He has since gotten me out on pretrial release and towards the direction of a resolution in my case. Mr. smith and his staff especially Jocelyn they have worked with me very closely. Best attorney/staff ive had the pleasure to work with. Thank u for everything i would recommend smith law firm to anyone

Hired Attorney

I have hired many attorneys and I chose to hire Mr. Smith because of his experience and expertise. He was able to resolve my issue pre-trial,with the prosecuting attorney dropping both felony charges. Your results may vary, but I am very pleased with Mr. Smiths work. And Mr. Smith returned the bulk of the money I paid him on retainer, billing only for the work that he did when I would have let him keep it all. Value for money and integrity.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
