Larson Griffee & Pickett PLLC is a law firm established in 1995 with an office in Yakima, WA. At this office location, there are 10 lawyers practicing commercial law, civil litigation, agricultural law and 17 other areas of law.
Ryan was extremely responsive in a time sensitive matter which I know is difficult because there are very few attorneys who can respond so quickly.

We were selling a piece of bare land on contract and live out of state. We contacted Ryan Griffee by telephone and submitted out earnest money form to him by email. Ryan reviewed the earnest money and made several important corrections before submitting the form to the title company. He prepared the real estate contract within a few days and was available for telephone calls or emails. He was also very easy to talk with and took the time to answer any questions we had. Ryan would be our first choice for any legal issue we might have to deal with.
