Hired Attorney Bryan Gillihan

i was physically and verbally attacked by my attorney. i have court for driving on suspended in the 3rd. July 5th was my 1st court date, was assigned to Bryan Gillihan & told me to speak with him by my next court date. On July14th i called his office he said he was going to ask for a continuance. On July 19th in court the judge asked if i spoke with him, i told her i had & relayed what he told me. Then instead of defending me, nor asked for a continuance i he prosecuted me by saying that i called him at the last minute. (5days prior)The judge then put me in jail for not calling him in a timely manner. That I did not understand. Out on bail I had appt with him on July 29th there I was physically & verbally attacked for asking why he thought I went to jail. Screaming vulgarities half inch from my face that I tried blaming him, chest bumping me to the wall telling me to fn leave but not allowing, up against the wall I yelled for help, when an attorney came he let me leave. I called 911

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
