Hired Attorney

Very nice and friendly but gave me some bad advice on an estranged sibling and had a few set backs. I had to send checks a couple times and they either didn't send out notice to creditors or they didn't keep a record of it. So we had to send them out a second time. Then he worked with a creditor to file a late claim. He got the job done and was good to work with. In the long run the delay wasn't a big deal, but not requiring my estranged sibling to prove relation was silly (my fault for not insisting on that). I would recommend unless you have more complicated issues.

Hired Attorney

Super friendly but not well organized or modernized. Had a few set backs due to this. For example didn't send out notice to creditors. Understood he represented the estate not me but sometimes felt like he didn't have my best interest in mind.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
