I was charged with Reckless Driving (84/65) passing through VA and wasnt aware of the laws. After much research, I hired Mr. Stanley to represent me. His fees are very reasonable compared to others. He advised me to take a defensive driving class in TX (every one else said I would have to come back to VA) which I did for the courts. He was able to get the Reckless Driving reduced to a "Defective Equipment" violation...the best outcome other than a dismissal. Definitely recommend!
Very reasonable fee for a 90/70 reckless by speed in Wythe County. Took his time to write extensive e-mail replies to my questions, both before and after I paid the fee. Perfectly aware of the details surrounding my case during our telephone conversations, and kept me informed at all stages. Based near the Wythe County courthouse, and knows the judges and prosecutors. He got the class 1 misdemeanor reduced to defective equipment with only a $250 fine.
