Hired Attorney

Mr. Otto was very patient and reassuring to someone navigating the bankruptcy process for the first time. Because of the embarrassing nature of the process itself, it was comforting to find an attorney that was foremost knowledgable and secondly, understanding. No matter what ridiculous question I asked him he was always professional and never condescending. Absolutely the type of lawyer that is needed for such an unfortunate and difficult event in life.
