A 15 minute phone conversation was all that was needed. It armed me with certain knowledge to negotiate a dispute with my landlord. Thanks to their help and advise, the matter was resolved for me.

Joseph was the absolute best—if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! It was my first home purchase and first time hiring an attorney. I saw that he was rated the highest in my area and now I see why. The whole process of working with him could not have been easier! He was there every step of the way and through all the obstacles (believe me there were many). He was always on top of everything, would reach out with frequent updates from seller’s counsel, and would simplify the confusing legalese surrounding the entire process. From the custom riders to the initial sellers contract, the seamless attorney review phase, and much more, I couldn’t have asked for better than Joseph on my side. Well done, sir!

Mr. Joseph Rutigliano was my lawyer when I purchased my first home. I bought the property direct to the builder and I did not have any realtor but he did all the work needed for me to finalized the things needed and I was able to close 6 weeks after I first contacted him. He was very knowledgeable and he explained things which I did not know about buying a property direct to the builder. And even though he was on vacation on one occation, he would still respond to all my inquiries. The process went on so smoothly without any delays. Thank you so much.

Joe was very professional in helping with our house closing. We had a long and tedious closing process, and Joe was instrumental in our journey. Every time I called the office, Joe would answer my questions in detail. He also responds to emails very quickly, which was very important for us. Joe's advice for the different parts of the closing was also useful. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

He was very clumsy -- he put other people's names as my child's guardians, meaning he basically copy-pasted other people's information into my will, or used another person's will as a template to create mine. He was pretty responsive in sending me an amended/corrected will, but at the same time it seemed like all he cared about was creating another will for my wife to add her as his client. He hasn't replied to any of my emails starting December 18, 2014 through today, February 4, 2015.
