Gave me a free ride from court to a bus stop and gave me a few bucks . I think more than once. Thanks man. Also, helped me get my fines and what lowered. Family law is though business and he helped me out.
Mr Malley was exceedingly helpful. We had to take the case to The Columbus Bar to expose another lawyer's errors. This lawyer was my first attorney before Mr. Malley.
When I asked about changing my name in my divorce case Mr. Malley’s answer was “I don’t know“. No offer to find out, no resources where I could find out myself, just “I don’t know“. During our next phone consultation he told me that he had sent some paperwork that I needed to sign and send back and when I asked why the paperwork was required or what it was about his answer was “it’s the law“. I had to ask several questions in order to pull an answer out of him and then I ended up having to look it up myself. When he sent my divorce paperwork, there were several spelling and typographical errors, in addition to there being no signature line for me, his client. He called my ex-husband repeatedly in an attempt to speak with him to the point where my ex-husband (who I am friendly with) asked me why he was even calling him, because my ex is not his client. Each time we spoke on the phone, he asked me the same questions. Every time. Would NOT recommend.
