Did an excellent job probating my parent's will.
He did our wills some years ago, and then updated them later for life/family changes. He set up a family trust for us as well. Always returned our calls in a reasonable amount of time. Fees seemed very reasonable based on what I had heard from others. He does mostly tax work up through April, so he doesn't do much estate planning in that timeframe. He warned us of that up front so it wasn't a problem.
I am a single male, with a very simple estate plan; no property, no children, no debt, and small estate..This guy took SIX WEEKS to complete my very simple will...when asked what was taking so long, he replied, and I quote:'I WAS BUSY WITH OTHER THINGS". the finished document had none of the items I wanted included in the will, and to me appeared to be something I could have done myself with one of those 'do it yourself kits'....but which I would never use!! VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS GUY!
