Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. He was very comforting and took time explaining things, however, as time went on, things became more complicated and I would have liked to alter some decisions, but was not offered the opportunity (maybe I could not have altered....)
he is a substandard attorney who is not up to date on tax laws relating to real estate sales. because of his incompetence my son who is 100% disabled veteran lost approx $2000 in tax exemption that should have been factored into closing. he did not properly research the issue even though he was notified if it. my son put his trust in his attorney to do it right. when questioned about it later he blew it off and said he would not discuss it. after multiple consultations with Worcestor assessors office they said it was an issue that should have been addressed at closing. my son has cognitive issues and i was his representative
