The only thing this firm was adept at is prolonging the situation by not listening to my concerns as a trustee. They mismanaged my parents wishes, and made errors that caused money to be dispersed in error. After 9 months, several attorneys in the mix, and $24,000 of churned expenses, I needed to move on with new counsel. Big name, but no accountability.
I did not feel valued as a client. I felt rushed and pushed off on to associates whenever possible as opposed to the partner that I hired. My biggest issue is with their billing, as I feel that I was billed for everything they could possibly think of related to my case.
Its all about making money Get all you can from client and get rid of them. Poor representation in court. If only they fought for there client the way they do there money!!!!! CLIENT BEWARE Go with small law firm
Lack of representation, Overcharges ,Poor billing. They tell you what you want to hear and then strong arm you into taking something you don't want.
Poor communication between lawyers at this firm and with their clients, does not do due diligence, awful and unacceptable billing practices, does a horrible job. All about making money and not at all about helping their clients.
