About Michael Howard Erlich

I made a decision 24 years ago following an internship with the Dade County State's Attorney's Office in Miami that following my graduation from Law School that I would devote all of my practice to criminal defense.   My father thought I was crazy and never thought I could sustain a practice like that but following my appearance on the O'Reilly Factor in September of 2003 for a racial-profiling case that received national attention, he looked at me and for the first time in his life, told me he was wrong.  I handle each client with professionalism & bring a vast amount  of jury trial  experience to the courtroom.   I also pride myself on returning every call, text or email prior to leaving for the day.  Thank you. Hired Attorney Michael Howard Erlich

I chose mike under the impression of him having the confidence for my defense. I knew this immediately after meeting him and presenting my problem. The apt details and straight for the subject matter made me confident in the decision I had made. Mike has a great reputation in and outside the court system to which I trusted and had understood that after he represented my case. I truly appreciate all that has been concluded and he is a well respected lawyer to work with.
