Jacky represented me after I was hit by a truck while bicycling in Worcester. In addition to being a lawyer, she was a professor at Clark University while I was a student, so naturally I asked her to represent me. Throughout the lawsuit, she was kind and conscientious when dealing with me, and aggressive in her dealings with the firm representing the driver who hit me. The settlement she secured for me was nearly double what I had optimistically expected. She is now, and will remain, my lawyer.
She failed to provide a remotely adequate defense. She did not do her own investigation or process any evidence. She failed to object to several things that would have changed the course of the trial. She certainly doesn't deserve to be a judge if she is incapable of maintaining integrity as a defense lawyer.
