Elizabeth goes above and beyond for each one of her clients and it is clear that money is not her motivation. Elizabeth gave me her personal cell and was available to me all throughout the week (too much even). She does not need to answer outside of business hours but chooses to. You can look at her face and tell how hard of worker she is and it is clear from day one she is on your side. Any negative reviews has more to do with that persons poor character than Elizabeths hard work and dedication
We dealt with Sean McGrail over a 4 year period. Mr. McGrail is extremely knowledgeable of the court system dealing with these matters. We were well prepared for what we would be facing. He knew our doctors, knew what documentation we would need, etc. He always returned our calls immediately and also met with us on a regular basis. We always knew what was going on with the case.
Attorney Brennan's representation is adequate. However, she refuses to work hard for her client. She takes more than a week to return a phone call or email, always has an excuse for why she is busy and refuses to consider any issue for which the outcome will definitely be positive for her (easy work, clear win). If there is work involved, she will shy away. If the case is a clear slam dunk, she will handle it well, that is the best I can say.
Does not show up to scheduled apt, withholds important evidence in which I have been tol by a family and probate judgetold by.
