Hired Attorney

Attorney Welsh was referred to by another attorney. I am very glad that i had him as my attorney. He was very honest about the process, what to expect, different scenario that i may had encounter.We went through arbitration, and with his help was able to come up with a very fair settlement. Due to covid, if not for his perseverance and doggedness, the case would still be sitting in limbo. I found Attorney Welsh to be very knowledgable, very responsive, and looking out for my best interest. I would highly recommend Attorney Welsh to family and freinds.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
