Genuinely decent guy
Bill takes any case he can get. He shows up but is just another warm body in the room. He's barely present as he likely has a big stack of cases on his desk that he's focused on. He's good at pushing paper, if that's all you need. If you need someone to fight for you, look elsewhere!
