Unfortunately from time to time i have had the need for attorney. Phil has been the attorney i have retained for many years and situations . He has saved me from throwing many years away. I understand going to court is nerve racking and stressful and a process trust me Phil is a true Litigator ,hes not to be taken lightly . Phil lays everything out ,every step of the way. Phil was very knowledgeable about the law, but did not seem to do the research and was unprepared when it came to my case. He said it was a "slam dunk" and turned out losing very badly. Afterwards, he backed out to leave me to handle my case on my own.
Phil Prossnitz represented me from November 2019 until he was finally terminated in March 2021. Phil actively chooses to ignores calls, texts, and emails. He called me names (that I do not wish to repeat) and made accusations about me without any grounds. Mr. Prossnitz forgot about several of my court dates leaving me scrambling as the last person on the court call. When Phil is unable to make a court date he attempts to charge you extra for his lack of professionalism, when in reality it is his responsibility to find coverage. Do NOT hire Phil unless you want to be emotionally abused and cheated out of money.
