I don't feel satisfaction with his work
I am filing this complaint to express serious concerns regarding the conduct and professionalism of Mr. Stevens. Throughout my case, Mr. Stevens consistently failed to communicate in a timely or appropriate manner. He rarely, if ever, answered phone calls, and despite leaving numerous voicemails, I almost never received a response. On several occasions, his voicemail box was full, preventing me from leaving important messages altogether. Most concerning, Mr. Stevens failed to inform me of a critical development in my case until I was already standing before the judge—at which point it was too late to take proper action. This omission demonstrated a clear lack of diligence and professionalism, and it directly affected the outcome of my case. In my opinion, Mr. Stevens’s repeated lack of communication, failure to provide timely updates, and overall disregard for client responsibility raise serious ethical and professional concerns. His behavior falls far below the standards expected
