I've been very satisfied with the accessibility and performance of Mr. Shriver and his staff. They have responded to my questions and concerns promptly, and have seemed to be genuinely concerned about achieving the best possible outcome in my divorce proceedings.
Caring and professional. Due to a fight at school, grandson charged with assault. Mr. Shriver had charges reduced -- it was a fight -- both boys contributed. Received probation and removed from record. He also allowed the family to make monthly payments for legal fees.
Very knowledgable attorney, but needs to listen a little more to the perspective client, to actually hear the question in full, before offering a response.
Very Poor representation. Conduct is unethical. Incompetent. He was forgetful and I had to do most of work. He did not give full disclosure to vital issues. His communication was misleading and dishonest; violating our Breach of Trust. When I tried to resolve the matter, he refused to do so. He did not fulfill his obligation to me. I've had to retain new counsel. He has a poor disciplinary record from the Bar. I'm filing a formal complaint and possible lawsuit.
