Morgan sold me out! I should have read the paperwork, but I made the mistake of trusting Atty. Morgan. In hindsight I see now that he believed I was guilty - though I wasn't. I said "no plea deal" but he brought me an offer that he said would get me out immediately with 3 years probation. Rather than take the risk of trial, I agreed - only to find that it wasn't as he said but simply a request to the judge at sentencing, which was denied. I was led to believe that was the plea deal. I also found out at sentencing that the only physical evidence against me was tainted and inadmissible - Morgan withheld this information from me. I only saw him on court dates and he refused my request to see me otherwise or he refused to respond to my mail or phone messages. He was arrogant and manipulative. I spent 5 years on a crime I didn't commit. I paid a lot of money for that.
