I hired Rene Tovar to represent my company In a civil litigation. It was possibly the worst decision I've made in my 38-year business career. Mr Tovar consistently refused to listen to my direct instructions and did whatever he pleased. I found him very boorish. Two months ago I fired him which is possibly the best decision I've made in my 38-year business career. Mr Tovar claimed he formerly represented the late, great comedian Rodney Dangerfield. I now know where Mr Dangerfield came up with his famous line "No respect, I get no respect at all". It was obviously from his relationship with Rene Tovar !
