I hired this attorney back in September 2023. From my initial consultation over the phone I did not feel welcomed from her but he’s assistant Saul has strong customer service skill which bought me in. After I paid them $5000 to negotiate with my hard money lender she didn’t do nothing except few emails and call to the lender. After 4 months she told me there is no point to negotiate because I have no leverage without lawsuit and I need to file it and pay another $5000 +$1800 monthly. When I asked her why would she charge me for negotiations knowing it’s not going to work with no leverage she just said it’s a part of procedure. Simply not true I had few consultations about this matter with different attorneys. Throughout the whole work with her she would never call you back or take 9! Days to call back just to speak to me for 2 min and always! tell me that I “should replenish my trust account” so basically asking me for more money.
