Hired Attorney Michael Schulman

To say Michael D Schulman is disgrace of an attorney is saying something. The bar is indeed a low one. In case anyone deals with this Carpetbagger...here's his modus operandi. He is a lone wolf who says he represents NDS...he IS in fact the company. Mr. Schulman buy debt for pennies then attempts to extort the full amount by putting liens on properties...this IS his sole business model....He has no social media presence and hides behind the entity NDS. Beware.

Anyone who has had the misfortune of coming in contact with a Debt Collection company called NDS LLC and their "representative" attorney Michael D. Schulman of Tarzana CA. **make note that Michael D. Schulman IS NDS LLC. He uses NDS LLC as a front company but he is the sole owner and its sole representative. His CA LLC Entity number for NDS LLC is 200215910160, registered to Michael David Schulman, 18757 Burbank Blvd. suite 310 in Tarzana CA. 91365. If Mr. Schulman ever tells you he needs to "confer" with his client...Note he is only speaking to himself.

Hired Attorney Sandra Etue

She is a very sleezy and unethical...She is a minors counsel but is biased and works more as a secondary attorney for the party that is funding her....She should be disbarred and in jail...If you look her up she has bad reputation all over town...According to the State Bar in 2016 she temporarily lost her licensed for misconduct and is currently being sued by a parent (case # 17-O-1386).
