Hired Attorney Darren Aronow

He is very calming and assuring. I feel like I am starting over, not ending my life.

Hired Attorney Darren Aronow

D. Aronow was hired by my seller (I am a Real Estate agent) to do closing on her house, she had to do a short sale. At the closing Mr. Aronow was very distracted. He was unaware that the buyer and his attorney paid part of his client's moving fees with a personal check, (of course check bounced). He was unaware that Real estate agent was not paid, (they were promised check at later date). IT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR ANY ATTORNEY TO BRING HER BUYER(S) TO A CLOSING WITHOUT COMPLETE CERTIFIEC FUNDS. LEGAL DOCUMENTATION OF CLOSING (HUD) STATES THAT REALESTATE WAS GIVEN A CHECK, THERE ARE NO DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE CHECK WAS WRITTEN. Mr. Aronow was informed of all of the above, he was supposed to do research and get back to us. As of today he has not replied to calls or emails. Closing took place on May 15, 2019. AS I SAID EARLIER SLOPPY WORK, AND I'm BEING KIND.
