Adam Marshall focuses his practice in the areas of professional liability and construction law, with an emphasis on legal malpractice and construction defect litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marshall was an associate in the commercial litigation department of a regional firm based in Nassau County, where he represented financial institutions, energy and telecommunications companies, religious corporations and municipalities in a wide variety of matters in state and federal courts. In addition to malpractice and construction cases, Mr. Marshall has successfully litigated title disputes, whistleblower claims, consumer class actions and foreclosures.
Mr. Marshall is a graduate of Binghamton University and the Hofstra University School of Law. During law school he excelled in moot court, winning the school’s intramural competition in 2007. He later served as a brief writer and oralist for Hofstra’s International Moot Arbitration Team, helping to successfully represent the school in the prestigious Willem C. Vis Moot held in Vienna and Hong Kong.
