In addition to trial work, Scott has also argued cases involving complex civil litigation and insurance coverage questions before the New Jersey Supreme Court, New Jersey Superior Court - Appellate Division, and the Tennessee Circuit Courts. He is a member of the American Association of Justice, past member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Gloucester County Bar Association.
