About Law Offices of W. Dennis Brewer

My firm began business in 1996 serving primarily defendants in Workers Compensation bases, both insured employers and their Workers Compensation carriers, and illegally uninsured employers. I also handled selected cases for injured workers and plaintiffs in Superior Court actions. I also handled many insurance subrogation cases. My focus is primarily the defense of employers in Workers Compensation matters, including Labor Code §132(a) cases, cases alleging serious and will misconduct, and defense of uninsured employers in both the Workers Compensation forum and Superior Court actions. I have also handled subrogation matters for insurance companies.

Hired Attorney Walter Brewer

Please do your self a favor and do not use this attorney. He ran up his billable hours taking us down a rabbit hole that was never ending. Our final settlement, gained through another attorney, was under 20K. My Brewer's bill was 40K. He did not bring the case to settlement and was not a nice person to work with. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
