Education and ExperienceTiffany E. Haines joined Shapiro Law Group in 2013. Ms. Haines concentrates her practice in all areas of Domestic Relations, including Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Asset Division, Child Support and Alimony, Custody and Visitation, Modification and Contempt Actions, Guardianships, Grandparents' Rights, and Same-Sex Parenting.She is committed to helping clients navigate the complex legal issues that arise as a result of Divorce or other dissolution of the family unit, and aggressively advocating for her clients' best interests.Ms. Haines has handled a wide variety of cases in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court. Prior to joining Shapiro Law Group, Ms. Haines worked at the Essex County and Suffolk County District Attorney's Offices where she handled criminal cases on behalf of the Commonwealth as a student prosecutor. She had also volunteered as a pro-bono Attorney with the Women's Bar Foundation.Ms. Haines is admitted to practice before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. Ms. Haines earned her JD degree cum laude from Suffolk University Law School and her BA degree summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
