I debated even hiring an attorney about my situation. I contacted the office and explained my case. After an initial consult with intake personnel I thought about going a different route. After a week or two i decided to give Anna my case and pursue damages that i honestly didn’t think were possible and i’m happy i did. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I was unfairly terminated after two years as the community manager of a 55-and-over property, even after successfully facilitating the long-desired sale of the community. I was also denied the bonus I had been promised once the sale was completed. Before the sale, I had been overworked due to budget restrictions and forced to take on multiple roles to keep day-to-day operations running.
