Hired Attorney

I've had my share of legal issues through out the years. Fortunately they have not been too serious but certainly stressful. Robert was great at getting them resolved fairly. I've sent plenty of clients his way. Thanks again!

We retained Mr. Gardner for our son. He was very confident that if our son took a deal he would get 3 to 4 years. He ended up with 10 in and 5 out! We asked for an appeal and we haven't heard from him since the sentencing. He doesn't return our calls or our son's calls. He needed guidance on paperwork he received in prison and never got a hold of Mr.Gardner. Do Not hire him!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
