When I needed a divorce lawyer, David Grace was there to serve my needs. He was sometimes a little slow to respond to messages; however; everything was handled personally, professionally and in the timeline that was outlined in our first meeting.
I hired Attorney Dave Grace in 2007 for a bogus DC charge. My neighbors friends showed up on a Sunday afternoon & their little black dog took a dump on my property 25' over the property line. I used a bread bag like a glove & scooped it up & threw it on her back porch because no one was home & left a note stating: "One more time & I would call the Stevens Point police Department & file a complaint. Stevens Point Police Officer Michael Bink showed up, Liaison to the Portage County Veterans Officer Michael J Clements & wrote me up on bogus DC charges. The Judge said in court in 2017 on a different case, she should have been written up. Attorney Dave Grace never showed up, defaulted & screwed me out of my $750 retainer. Attorney Dave Graces wife, Patti Grace used to be a Social Worker at the Wisconsin Rapids VA Clinic where they screw Veterans up on prescription drugs to get them thrown in jail & have to sit in jail because they are screwed up! Bad Attorney!
Most obnoxious foul mouthed fool we have ever dealt with. Tried to hire the firm for family law. Grace was ignorant and abusive in front of our grandchildren. A braggart who interrupted with inane babble. Worst part was him bragging about knowing all the details from a criminal case he wasnt connected with because he was friends with the sheriff. Had no knowledge of law or a reasonable control over his mouth. Hothead. If you need a lawyer you would be better off with a mall lawyer not these guys
