Mr. Stark is very competent in his ability to advise us on (and create) a family trust and will, also in creating my personal S-corp small business. Where he's less than helpful is in assisting in any legal areas outside of the above, guiding us toward legal counsel who COULD assist us in outside areas, or being proactive in assisting us once informed of a legal issue facing us. We are facing foreclosure/short-sale on a 2nd home, and a member of our family is in real trouble. No help from Stark
