Hired Attorney Marc W. Ingersoll

We were highly disappointed with our experience with this law firm in drafting our Estate Plan Documents. For the price we paid, we expected a more personal and client-focused process. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. At no point did anyone attempt to get to know us as individuals or understand our specific needs beyond the bare minimum of what was required to fill out boiler plate documents. The process felt cold, impersonal, and rushed. When we took some time to gather and send the necessary information, we were told the fee would increase due to the “time spent reaching out to us”—which amounted to a couple of phone calls from a secretary. It felt more like a penalty than professional follow-up. Estate Plan Documents are sensitive and deeply personal documents. We hoped for a thoughtful, supportive experience and instead felt pressured and undervalued. Based on our experience, we cannot in good conscience recommend this firm to others, especially for something as important and
