Mr. Fischer is an amazing lawyer!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can not rave about him enough. He is honest and his representation is superb. He is very knowledgeable and is always prepared. He handled my child custody, divorce/equitable distribution and I could not be happier. I left the worst lawyer and was lucky to be referred to him. Hiring him was the best decision I could have made. Sometimes it is hard to chose a male for representation in child custody in fear of bias but that is not the case with him. He wants to be fair and reasonable. He is also great when it comes to going to trial. He definitely knows his stuff!!!!!!! All you have to do is be honest and tell the truth and he will do the rest. Mr. Fischer was able to obtain my early release from Federal Prison midway through my sentence. His knowledge of the Federal Sentencing process and subsequent knowledge of current sentencing changes was instrumental. Truly an expert at what he does and I am eternally grateful.

Rude and cares only about money needs to go back to body building laughable and wife is just as bad doesn't call when you get a court case not reliable it took him 3 weeks to return a phone call even when I called every day

This man is rude ,condescending, puts in very little time on your case,thinks he is smarter than you, does not return phone calls.He is not a super lawyer nor a good person and expensive.Dont waste your money

You were paid 15k for you to defend your client, you made countless deals with the DA to get your client as much time as you possibly could all because you Clark sentenced your client before he ever scene a Judge, you made your own case with your client personal, and now because of your mistake and your failure to do anything for your client others have to suffer due to your negligence.. I will not stop until the entire state of NC knows about you.. How do you sleep at night being this crooked? It’s not the clients you hurt most, it’s the families of the clients that you Rob on the daily.. IF you know you can’t defend murderers then why take there case and there families money? If you think all sex offenders are all guilty then why would you be a lawyer that will represent them? Please people if your trying to protect your family from a mistake they may have made please don’t trust this man.. I watched him for 2 years tell lie after lie and In the end my family are the ones suffering
