I was very happy with Ken Tisdale, who recently helped my son with a complicated nuanced legal issue. He was extremely helpful answering questions upfront and very straightforward with potential options. Would strongly recommend this firm!

I retained Michael A. Grace and his Partner Christopher R. Clifton in June of 2017 after being Indicted by a federal Grand Jury on false charges of Bank Fraud. Prior to hiring Mr. Grace and Mr. Clifton, my prior attorney had forced me into a plea deal. However, at the change of plea hearing, our evidence defeated the governments probable cause to the point that the government withheld all factual bases for the charges, and I was not adjudicated guilty of any crime. When Mr. Grace and Mr. Clifton took over, the assisted the Assistant U.S. Attorney in hiding my exculpatory evidence from the court that would have cleared me of the indictment. As a result, I was adjudicated guilty of charges neither brought before nor indicted by the grand jury in violation of the Fifth Amendment's Grand Jury Clause. I spend almost 5 years in prison because of Mr. Graces actions as my Attorney. The case is still pending on 2255 for Actual Innocence. I do not recommend Mr. Grace or his Partners.

I retained Chris Clifton and his partner Michael A. Grace in June of 2017 to defend me against a false Indictment of Bank Fraud in the Middle District of North Carolina. Prior to hiring Mr. Clifton, I had entered a guilty plea at the advice of my previous attorney. However, at the change of plea hearing, we had evidence that defeated the governments probable cause, and I was not adjudicated guilty of any charges. When Chris took over he literally assisted the government and pre trail services in hiding my exculpatory evidence from the court and as a result, I was adjudicated guilty of charges neither brought before nor indicted by a grand jury in violation of the Fifth Amendments Grand Jury Clause. I spent nearly 5 years in prison because of Mr. Cliftons actions as my attorney. The government has now admitted on 3 seperate occasions that I am innocent of the Indictment. I do not recommend Mr. Clifton or his partner Michael A. Grace.

Worse lawyer ever! No compassion for a WHITE man from New England! Went to court from NH and Colorado and Clifton asked a Mexican family if they were my sons parents. Unbelievable. Hired him to retrieve my son’s possessions. Never even tried to retrieve them. My son lost at least 20 thousands dollars of possessions! Man should be sued himself. Useless lawyer. Please save your money. He should be returning ALL our money for a poor performance!! I can leave my name and phone number is you need more of a reason Not to hire him!!!

Bad lawyer in every way... would NOT recommend Clifton... please don’t let him take your money... does not have any clue about treating people with compassion.

Mr. Tisdale was not willing to fight to win my case. Mr. Tisdale and his office on several occasions lost important documents, miscommunicated information, and misrepresented the outcome of the case. Furthermore, as he felt the duration of the case was taking to long, he became highly disagreeable; him and his partner complained they did not charge enough.

Highly do not recommend this lawyer or this firm. He set his price and was paid in full and repeatedly stated he did not get paid enough. Tried to pressure me into charges I did not deserve in order to speed up the case.
