Matt was from our first meeting very respectful and very honest about the process. He set appropriate expectations and then he exceeded them. I have been fighting the VA for proper rating since the 1990's making no real progress. It was only when I started working with Matt that things finally started moving in the right direction. He took the VA to task and was able to get me from 70% to 90% and then 100% with Individual unemployability.
