Wilson Law offers comprehensive estate plans, for an up front flat fee, to assist your family in protecting it’s wealth and providing for the security of your family members far into the future.
Family Law is an area of law associated with divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, post-separation support, equitable distribution and, often, qualified domestic relations orders. There are many potential pitfalls for those who do not hire experienced and competent representation. D. Wilson Law provides low cost consultations for Family Law matters and bills client at $175.00 an hour for legal services related to Family Law. The one exception is for a simple absolute divorce. Assuming you and you former spouse do not have property to split up or issues related to alimony or child custody and support, we offer simple divorces for $500.00 plus filing and service fees provided that you have been separated for at least one year.
