This guy handled my mothers accident case and he took all the money. He's a crook that should be prosecuted. There is really nothing else I can say except run as fast as you can away from this clown. In my opinon he should be disbarred.

Charles Peed Sr. had an accident case of mine. I was in a wheelchair and called to check on the progress of my case. He said they were calling it in court that morning. He did not call or mail me to let me know. I was able to ride to the courthouse and confront him. He said we need to start the case over, I said OK. A few months later I called to check on my case and he told me that he had it dismissed. I've been trying to find someone to sue him but no luck. I'm walking and talking and he probably isn't. I still lost a career and should have won a big settlement. If I can I will sue. This happened in 1990/1991. J. Harvey Wilson 111
