You will not do better than Brendan Garcia! I had been trying to get the VA to take care of my broken back for, quite literally, decades. I hurt it and my shoulder while serving, but they were fighting me at every step. They said that I may have healed up from my service injuries, and them miraculously injured myself again in the SAME places after I got out. Yes, it was ridiculous, but I was fighting the large bureaucracy, so logic played no part. I had, over the 25 years after I got out in 1992, attempted to hire two other lawyers.
