Hired Attorney

Ervin is one of a few attorneys that I can say was tenacious and determined enough to see a case through from beginning to the end. Many years ago he represented me in a case that went all the way to the US Supreme Court. It was not a popular cause but because of what we did patients throughout the United States gained expanded healthcare. The suit changed the way hospitals looked at practitioners other than medical physicians and to this day the efforts he made, at a time it was not popular, still helps today. Very few attorneys would have done what he did and I and my profession are indebted to him.
