Excellent lawyer, honest, down to earth and extremely professional
First I will state this law firm doesnt have your best interest and to avoid. My father died, Mike is suppose to handle and represent the estate. As the list is very long, he doesn't get back to you after multiple requests, doesn't inform you of any status changes, they tell you they will get back with you they don't, no items from the estate are to be sold or auctioned until probate is settled in the courts and a PR is officially approved and assigned yet they are auctioning items of the estate. Then I followed up and inquired with the auction house, come to find out no probate paperwork was received by the auction house yet, why because the probate date has not happened, yet items are being auctioned. Mike and staff make excuses after excuses a real professional firm no integrity and why to stay away. Finally the last incident last week I physically went to their office to complain because I found out that they are also allowing general public to throw away family photos.
