Hired Attorney

Estate, Wills, Refuses to communicate, after receiving all your documents and you believe there should be no problem, John Stewart ignores you and lies about the Upper Law Society, and tells you to get a lawyer. The arrogance that John Stewart has and believes that he can't be disbarred or reprimanded is very arrogant. John Stewart informs clients they have to pay for another lawyer to get the fund's they are entitled, then the firm D'Arcy and Deacon LLP and John Stewart ignores you. I don't know how this law firm D'Arcy and Deacon LLP has not been sued, or on the Upper Law Society Manitoba radar, or lose their license to practice law. My experience has been John Stewart knows how to violate the law and ethics. John Stewart has none especially when dealing with clients who are grieving their loved ones. If you were a client and this has been your experience, or worse, clients we should combine our efforts to stop this law firm D'Arcy and Deacon LLP from taking advantage of people.
