Terrible, stressful experience! I chose Wolseley Law for an Estate settlement because I used them for real estate in the past and had no issues. This time, there were numerous issues and lack of communication with the lawyer. There were many delays of forms being handed in to the court, items being misplaced and having to be recopied, court forms being filled out incorrectly and rejected by the court multiple times, etc. He blamed others in and outside the office for the delays. Finally this case got passed on to another lawyer at the same firm who got things done in a timely manner with great communication.
The reviews posted here are pretty accurate and correspond with what I experienced. If i were to put a tender out for the worst communication and customer service experience i could possible ask for my experience would fit the bill well.
Thi has been a nightmare experince. Check what others have said about him. If you're currently waiting for him to do anything valuable to you, I suggest reporting him to the Bar Association. He's rude, arrogant, disrespectful, entirely incompetent. Has Wiolsely Law even read his reviews? I guess they're okay with this garbage human.
Horrible at communication, missed our timeline for filing a law suit. Left numerous messages for a call back and not one... only responded by email after threatening to hire a different lawyer but then radio silence again...
Absolutely disgusting that this man is allowed to "practice" law in this country. Zero Communication, Zero Honesty, Zero Ability. Great at fabricating reasons why nothing is his fault. Complete waste of Time and Money. Exemplifies ALL negative stereotypes of a Lawyer. . . .
