I have been working with Antoine for sometime now. I have spoken with other attorney's on this mask crap and the misleading information. i find his professionalism and compassion to be AWESOME ! He and his team are 100% behind their clients.. very good people that know their stuff !!
Mr. D'Ailly was recommended by a fellow coordinating complaints regarding the use of masks and treatment by establishments for discrimination. I had a valid complaint with Canada Post, provided all the paperwork, etc. Mr. D'ailly asked for $1,500 retainer and told me this could be the case of the year. He saw an opportunity. He then had the case filed in the wrong jurisdiction. I had zero communication from him, until I inquired a year later. He then suggested filing in the federal jurisdiction, but indicated the statute had run out, and it didn't look good. I filed a complaint with the Law Society, which of course annoyed him. They did find his communication was not up to snuff, but did nothing else. He then fired me and kept the entire retainer.
Never forget when this hack threatened local family docs with a lawsuit for vaccinating their patients during a pandemic. He places the perceived grievances of diesel-huffing fringe lunatics before those of your average, same citizen. Watch out for this supposed lawyer as his judgement is extremely suspect. I wouldn’t trust him to represent me under any circumstance.
