Prior to realizing his calling to a legal career, George led a successful sales and business career for over ten years. While attending law school, George was a special paralegal for the Massachusetts Department of Correction, a law clerk for The Haymond Law Firm in Hartford, CT, and a law clerk for Bacon/Wilson, P.C in Springfield, MA. He also became a member of the Western New England Law Review, authored an Article published by the University of California Business Law Journal, and earned his Juris Doctorate with honors. After passing his first bar, George was an Associate with Hendel & Collins, P.C., a Massachusetts based Insolvency firm, before starting his own practice.

Hired Attorney George E. Bourguignon Jr.

Attorney Bourguignon was the only one I could turn to. It is incredibly difficult to find an attorney who specializes in what he does. I first reached out to him through his website and heard back first thing the business day. Within about a week of reaching out, everything had been withdrawn. He is a force to be wreckoned with and yet still manages to be down to earth and patient with clients who need some extra explaining of the processes. He is very thoughtful about how to manage your account and takes your wants and circumstances into consideration as a case proceeds. He was the only one I could turn to; now he is the only one I would.

George walked me through this whole process, answered any and all questions I had. He was very quick with me to get this done ASAP. He made the whole process worry free and painless. I highly recommend George.

Hired Attorney George E. Bourguignon Jr.

whilst on the first intro call asking questions about general treatment of the law they tried to peer pressure me into paying $350 for a consult and I needed to decided right then and there. This is predatory behavior and not becoming of a licensed attorney. When I mentioned I needed time to think about it he said we're not talking $3500 we're talking $350 less than a fridge. I don't appreciate the preasure and then diminish the concern over what amount of money is material. would highly not recommend based on that interaction
